About Us

Know our vision, mission and ethos which motivates us to start this organization

UDAR, in elaboration United Development Aid and Relief , is a 100% volunteer-based organization by Bangladeshis in the diaspora for the people of Bangladesh. Our organization was born out of the inspiration we found in the resilience and unity of the Bangladeshi people during recent months. Watching ordinary citizens come together, making sacrifices for the greater good, sparked a deep sense of responsibility within us. Whether it's through emergency relief, long-term development projects, or empowering individuals and communities, we are committed to fostering a future where every Bangladeshi has the opportunity to flourish.

At the heart of UDAR is a belief that together, we can make a difference.

We are driven by our values of transparency, compassion, and empowerment. We are committed to complete openness with our supporters, ensuring that every resource is used effectively and accounted for. Guided by compassion, we focus on uplifting those in need, providing care and support to help them through their most difficult times. Most importantly, we believe in empowerment—giving individuals and communities the tools and opportunities they need to thrive and build a stronger, more prosperous Bangladesh for future generations.
